In contrast to several past developers, we asked the community what it wanted this former bank building on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica to become.  The community adamantly requested “lots of small restaurants” and that we “use the existing building”.  We are in the process of delivering a modernized rehab of the existing structure, full of restaurants — to the delight of the neighborhood.
