7-Eleven identified the intersection of 38th and Wadsworth as a target intersection, but there were no available pads. There was however, an old gas station with the perfect location. By keeping the existing building, we created a high visibility store for them. By creatively managing to keep the gas station, we were able to preserve the access points while increasing the visibility and site flow at the same time.
