We look to the surrounding community to inform our development plans.  The Beverly Grove area of West Los Angeles is the densest zip code in Southern California and thus seemed like the perfect place to open a food hall. Our task was to assemble enough property and entitle such an intensive project. We’ve recently succeeded, been approved, and are now curating a group of 30 exciting food concepts —opening in 2019.
