Colleen Carr joined Cadence in 2024, after over 20 years in restaurant management, corporate operations, and executive administration roles. A natural problem solver, Colleen makes an impact by being a positive dedicated team member who supports business leaders, plans both small and large events, manages office operations, and consistently wears multiple hats.

Colleen’s Perfect Day: "Get outside for hiking, walking, or a fun activity. Stopping for a delicious lunch with friends or family. Reading, or listening to a podcast or audiobook. Making dinner at home, and watching a movie or TV series."

Colleen’s Dream Vacation: "Anywhere near water, I love being active outdoors. Camping, hiking, and great food are a must. Places on my list are: New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Japan, but I would love to travel the world and touch every continent."

Colleen’s Core Value: "Honesty. Healthy relationships and personal growth depend on honesty. It is paramount in every relationship, including yourself. If you cannot be honest with yourself and others, there is no integrity or trust to build upon."
