Lucy Dinneen

Lucy joined Cadence in 2001. She holds 34 years of real estate and finance experience and 25 years of single tenant real estate deal knowledge.

Lucy began her real estate career at Eastdil Secured in New York City, focusing on real estate structured finance. Lucy then went on to become a crucial asset at Trammell Crow where she created a national retail services platform. Her experiences in real estate eventually brought Lucy to Cadence where she has spent time developing a specialty around single tenant development.

Lucy's Perfect Day: “My ideal day would be spent hiking and fishing near Steamboat with my entire family of grown kids, and ending the day with them over a great meal on the Yampa.”
