Sally Lein
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Sally joined Cadence in early 2026. As CFO of Cadence, her primary responsibility is building and managing the capital structures that form the financial framework for the deals Cadence executes. Sally is a licensed active Colorado CPA.

Prior to joining Cadence, Sally served as Chief Accounting Officer for Trustwell Living and as EVP of Finance and Accounting at CA Ventures and CA Senior Living. She also held the role of Director of Accounting at Vail Resorts and previously worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG.

Throughout her career, Sally has led high-performing finance and accounting teams while embracing technology to solve complex financial, accounting, and capital structure challenges. Her experience reflects a consistent focus on strengthening financial infrastructure, improving processes, and driving strategic growth
