We identified this 2-acre parcel in Lakewood, Washington as a construct hub store for Advance Auto Parts, but for them, the parcel was too large for a single tenant occupancy. We negotiated to subdivide the parcel into two-1 acre parcels for Advance Auto Parts which we constructed and opened for them in 2017. That same year, Harbor Freight Tools approached us and we purchased the remaining parcel. Their store is opened.
