This 69,415 square foot shopping center was primarily occupied by Best Buy, with about 20,000 square feet subleased to Old Navy. We found out the landowner wanted to sell, but that Old Navy was going to relocate, and that Best Buy wanted less space. Not a problem. We put in an offer to buy the entire property, we renegotiated for Best Buy to occupy a smaller space and leased the rest to both Party city and (another local business). To this we added major improvements to both the building itself, and the entire shopping center property reinvigorating it to a fresh new destination for tenants and their customers alike.
