One of our most successful value-add projects, Haven Village was once a sleepy grocery anchored center with vacancy and undeveloped parcels. Since acquiring it, we have upgraded the tenancy and added several new buildings. We enjoy being a part of helping entrepreneurs open successful businesses in the center; some of which have grown into multi-store chains expanding throughout Southern California.  Today, the center is performing well and is nearly 100% leased.
